The sofa itself is in good overall condition there are no rips however there are two buttons missing and a few small stains as shown in the photos. We will attempt to remove this prior to dispatch however they have been photographed to show them for the purpose of advertising. The feet can be unscrewed prior to dispatch, please let us know if you want us to remove the feet. (Please note: the wooden feet are scuffed and scratched) The footstool condition is the same as the sofa however there are no buttons missing and the fabric on the underside of the stool is torn and slightly hanging in places, please see photos
